We offer trauma-focused, integrative therapy for women in Florida, helping you feel safer in your body, reconnect with your emotions, and reclaim your sense of empowerment.

What We Offer

Individual Therapy

This therapy focuses on your unique story, helping you process past experiences in a safe and compassionate environment. It’s about understanding your reactions, building coping skills, and moving toward practical tools to feel more grounded and whole.

EMDR

EMDR is a gentle, trauma-informed therapy that helps your brain process overwhelming memories that haven’t fully healed. Through guided techniques, it supports you in releasing intense emotions from the past so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life.

BrainSpotting

Brainspotting helps you access and process deep emotional and traumatic experiences by working directly with the body’s innate healing capacity. This gentle, focused approach can support release, clarity, and emotional regulation — especially when difficult experiences feel hard to put into words.

Consultations

We offer relaxed, down-to-earth consultations for grad students and counselors-in-training. These sessions provide guidance, encouragement, and honest insight to help you navigate school, internship, and early career challenges with clarity and support.

I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and whole — body, mind, and heart. When past experiences, grief, or trauma weigh on us, it can affect every part of life, leaving us stuck or disconnected from ourselves.

Through trauma-informed, integrative therapy, I work with women to gently process difficult experiences, uncover strengths, and build resilience. Creating a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself, move forward with clarity, and begin to feel grounded, supported, and free.
