Questions

We offer both online and in-person sessions so you can show up in the way that feels most gentle and supportive for this season of your life. Whether we meet virtually or sit together in person, my heart is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and cared for as you move toward healing and wholeness.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, hurt, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply, therapy can be a supportive place to begin. We’ll explore your needs together and decide what approach feels most helpful for you.

Yes! We do offer Christian/Biblically-integrated counseling for clients who want it, but it’s never required. We meet you exactly where you are. Some clients prefer to include their faith in the process, and others prefer a completely clinical approach. Both are welcome, and you are honored either way.

We do not accept insurance at this time. If your insurance provides out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

We are always happy to walk you through what that process looks like.

The initial intake session is 75 minutes. Traditional sessions are 50 minutes, but extended sessions (90 minutes, 2 hours etc.) are also available if you’re looking for more time and support.

The initial intake is $180 for 75 minutes.

Therapy intensives are longer, focused sessions to help you go deeper without spreading the work out over many weeks or months. Instead of meeting for a standard session, we spend extended time together so we can slow things down, stay present with what’s coming up, and create meaningful movement in a shorter period of time.

I offer intensives using EMDR and Brainspotting, which are gentle, trauma-informed approaches that help the brain and nervous system process experiences that may feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to put into words. Intensives can be especially helpful if you feel ready to focus on a specific issue, are feeling emotionally “stuck,” or want more support than a traditional weekly session allows.

In addition to intensives, I also offer extended therapy sessions:

  • 90-minute sessions

  • 2-hour sessions

These can be a good option if you want more time than a standard session, but aren’t ready for a full intensive.

Intensive options and pricing:

  • Half-Day Intensive: $450 (3 hours)

  • Full-Day Intensive: $850 (6 hours)

  • Two-Day Intensive: $1,600 (12 hours)

Before scheduling an intensive, we’ll talk together to make sure this format feels like a good fit for you and your needs.

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, will be charged the full session fee.
