Therapy for Anxiety & Trauma
in Tampa, Florida

Most days it feels heavy. Here, you get to put it down.

$160 / Session

Hi, I'm Camilla!

A Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) based in Tampa, I work with adult women carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, and difficult experiences they’ve held onto for far too long. Together we’ll explore how the past may still be shaping how you feel, react, or see yourself today, and build new patterns that support calm, clarity, and stability. My space is warm and unhurried, and your healing happens at your pace, not on a schedule.

How Therapy Helps You Heal

Anxiety and trauma can make you feel like you’re always bracing for something. Therapy gives you a space to finally put that down, and start building toward this instead:

  • Understand how past experiences still shape how you feel and react today
  • Build real skills for calm, clarity, and stability
  • Process anxiety and trauma without judgment, at a pace that feels safe
  • Choose the setting that fits you, in person, online, or with a faith-based focus
  • Move toward the woman you’re becoming, not who your past told you to be

Healing With Christ at the Center

If your faith is part of how you want to heal, it has a place here. I offer faith-based sessions where Scripture, prayer, and Biblical values can gently support the therapeutic process alongside evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting and talk therapy.

This isn’t Scripture instead of proven therapy, it’s Scripture and proven therapy, woven together, so healing can happen with God at the center if that’s what you need. This option is entirely by request, so we’ll build it around what feels right for you.

Want a faith-centered approach? Just mention it when you book your free consultation, and we’ll build your sessions around it from day one.

It varies by person. Some clients notice relief in just a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly about what’s working.

Yes, therapy can be done effectively via telehealth with a private, comfortable space.

I do not accept insurance at this time. If your insurance provides out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

I am always happy to walk you through what that process looks like.

Individual therapy sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session, $200 for a 90-minute session or $250 for a 2-hour session. Many clients find that the extended time allows for deeper processing than a standard session, giving us the space to really settle in and let the work unfold naturally, without feeling rushed.
