Individual Therapy

At For Ami Counseling, individual therapy is a collaborative, compassionate space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, heal what feels heavy, and move toward a life that feels grounded and whole. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with a warm, person-centered style, so each session feels both intentional and deeply human.

Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped your story. I draw from CBT, somatic and mind-body approaches, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based work to support you in understanding your thoughts, building emotional regulation, and strengthening your inner resilience. If desired, I also offer Christian-integrated counseling, weaving in faith-based reflection and spiritual grounding while honoring your autonomy and personal beliefs.
